In the UK we normally deliver using Royal Mail First or Second Class Post. Overseas we normally deliver using Royal Mail Airmail. However, we may use a different delivery method to these (and to that selected by you) provided that it gives an equivalent or better service. In such circumstances no additional charge will be made. Parcels may need to be signed for. In the event that no one is available to sign for a parcel it may be necessary for you to collect the parcel from a collection point.
Subject to the following conditions you have the right under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations to cancel the contract for the purchase of any items within a period of 7 working days, beginning the day after the day on which the item is delivered to you.
1. You may not cancel the contract for the purchase of a DVD once the item has been unsealed.
2. You may not cancel the contract for the purchase of a digital item once downloading has commenced.
3. Cancelled items must be returned to us complete, unused and in an "as new" condition. A refund will be given for a cancelled item after it has been returned to us.
All items are returned at your own risk. Please make sure that you get a proof of posting certificate or similar document from your carrier when returning goods and that the goods are insured. To arrange the return of an item please contact us using the site's contact page.
